Similarly, we provide tax directives (IRP3e) and tax certificates (IRP5 or IT3a) when staff are being retrenched or resign. The directives and tax certificates allow for leave and bonus pay and any other income due at the time of resignation or retrenchment. This service is available online or via batch upload.

Where a member of personnel wishes to "buy back" leave, this is also the mechanism to identify any tax due on such leave payment.
