Obligations

The Obligations function collates and securely stores regulatory or business rules applicable to organisations. This could be based on firm or industry type, and can include, but is not limited to Regulatory Requirements, company policies, or best practice.

Subject Matter Experts (SME) can identify, classify and catalogue regulations, policies or rules that affect an aspect of a commercial enterprise or industry, which then becomes the Regulatory Universe or regime for that chosen aspect.

Obligations can then be distributed to target client firms to assess and prioritise their exposure and risk.

The Obligations function can also be accessed for interpretation and use by other Metior Hub functions, such as Profiling or Calendar, for application during normal operating activities.
